What ketchup is to Americans, hot sauce is to Africans. It is at the heart of every meal and the cornerstone of African cuisine. Growing up in her native land, the Company Founder said it wasn’t unusual to delay eating a meal – after it was served – until a jar of Kaani sauce graced the table, to pass around or to spoon generous dollops into a huge communal bowl.
