Used throughout Spain, pardina lentils are slightly smaller than your average lentil, but impart a nutty flavor with a mild peppery finish. Made by a fourth-generation producer, they are perfectly cooked, holding their shape & texture and maintaining their earthy green, brown color.

 

Serving suggestions:

Make a veggie lasagne, classic lentil soup or dhal, or add to a salad.
