Date molasses with deep, caramel flavors and a fruity fresh finish from Medjool dates. This can be used to finish dishes and glaze for meats and other proteins. It can be added to tahini or yogurt for dressings and marinades. The silky smooth texture and rich flavor is created using small batches of Medjool dates from the Jordan Valley and Sea of Galillee. They are heated in water, the seeds are removed and the remaining fruit is pressed.
