This panettone by Rustichella D'Abruzzo of Italy is made with a special natural yeast, and the dough is allowed to rise three times (almost 20 hours) before baking.  The sweet, buttery panettone is studded with candied fruit.  This traditional sweet bread is a holiday must throughout much of Italy.
